Email support@joiningclouds.com with the email of your Evolty account, your device (iPhone, iPad or Android) and what happened. You can also send feedback from the app (menu → Feedback). We usually reply within two business days.

Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the code sent to your email.

I didn't get the verification code. Check your spam folder, then request a new code.

How do research credits work? You get free research credits every day. Each new report uses one credit.

Is Evolty investment advice? No. Evolty is an informational research and education tool and does not recommend buying or selling securities.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: see account deletion.
