Privacy Policy
Evolty is a stock research app that brings valuation, expectations, scenarios, catalysts and risks for U.S. public companies into one structured view. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address and a user ID, used to create your account and sign you in. You may also add a profile photo.
Research activity. The stock symbols you search and the research you open or save, so we can show your results, apply your daily research credits and let you revisit companies.
Feedback. Messages you send us from the app, with any details you choose to include.
Usage and diagnostics. How you use the app (for example which screens and features you open), an app-instance identifier, and crash and performance reports. These help us understand which features are useful and fix problems.
We do not collect your location, contacts, advertising identifiers or payment information. Evolty has no ads and no in-app purchases. If you unlock the app with Face ID or a fingerprint, your device performs the check; we never receive biometric data.
How we use information
To provide the app (run your research, keep your history and saved analyses, apply daily credits), secure your account, understand and improve the app, diagnose problems, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Sharing
When you share an analysis, the people you send it to see that analysis. We use service providers, such as hosting, sign-in, Google Firebase Analytics and error reporting, that process data only to run Evolty for us. We may disclose information when required by law.
Not investment advice
Evolty provides informational research and education only. It does not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations to buy or sell securities.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or request deletion on the web. Your account and sign-in are deleted right away, and the research history and other content linked to your account within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Evolty is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data. Write to support@joiningclouds.com and we will respond.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.
